Job Opportunity: General Gastroenterologist in Allen, Texas

We are looking for a dedicated general gastroenterologist to join our team in Allen, Texas.

Requirements:
  • Must possess an MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of an internal medicine residency from an accredited ACGME program is essential.
  • A gastroenterology fellowship from an accredited institution is required.
  • Candidates should be board certified or board eligible.
  • An active Texas medical license or the willingness to obtain one is necessary.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates with ERCP certification who can begin practicing in 2027.
Position Details:
  • This is a full-time, employed position with our organization, specifically within Texas Health Digestive Specialists in Allen.
  • We are seeking an experienced gastroenterologist to help establish a new office that is expected to grow rapidly.
  • The practice will be located on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen.
  • The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Hospital call will be on a rotating basis with other gastroenterology physicians, anticipated to be 1-2 weeks per month.
  • We offer a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits.
  • Texas is a tort reform state and does not impose a state income tax.
