What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized Gastroenterology care for a diverse patient population
• Perform procedures including upper endoscopies (EGD), colonoscopies, ERCP, and other advanced GI procedures
• Manage gastrointestinal diseases and conditions with diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Respond to emergency consultations within designated response times
• Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient visits and procedures accurately in Meditech EMR
• Participate in call coverage shared with a fellow provider

What You Need
Required:

• Kentucky Medical License
• Basic certifications pertinent to gastroenterology
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Gastroenterology

Preferred:

• Experience performing ERCP and other advanced procedures
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex, non-compliant patient cases
