Now Hiring: Gate Control Officer (Unarmed Security)
Location: Mount Pocono
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Thursday to Sunday | 4:00pm to 12:00am
Position Type: 32 Hours a week
We are seeking a reliable and professional Gate Control Officer to support site access operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in security or loss prevention who excel in structured, detail-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:• Staff and manage the site's access control gate/guard booth• Issue and track access badges for contractors and authorized personnel• Verify identification and control entry and exit from the site• Maintain accurate logs, records, and daily reports• Enforce site security policies and procedures• Monitor activity and remain alert throughout the shift
Requirements:• Prior security or loss prevention experience required• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills• Professional appearance and demeanor• Ability to sit, stand, and monitor activity for extended periods• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures consistently

Security service is not the same for every customer; therefore, St. Moritz does not offer a generic, pre-packaged service. St. Moritz develops security programs while working closely with the customer to develop the program that most fits their individual needs. Standard Operation Procedures can then be developed and implemented so the security officers may understand the security needs for that customer.
