Job Summary:

In this Gate Clerk role you will be responsible for answering all phone calls and directing calls, if needed while providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for gate traffic. This role could handle various clerical functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and directing calls accordingly
• Maintain spreadsheets (EXCEL)
• Must function and interact daily with plant/transportation personnel and comply with all safety requirements
• Other duties as assigned.

• Production/Grade portal entries
• Light office cleaning - keeping workspaces within the office presentable
• Provide clerical support
• Maintain spreadsheets

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bilingual English/Spanish; Preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Provide outstanding customer service, in person and on the phone
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 18 years or older
• Strong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.
