Gate Guard 3Rd Shift

(Shift: 3rd shift Friday- Monday 5pm- 5am)

Position Summary:

Ensure that visitors and entrants to the farm follow biosecurity practices and that the farm is protected from unwanted visitors or trespassers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain bio-security practices used for vehicles and visitors
• Maintain contact with management as needed regarding visitors and guests on the farm
• Spray incoming traffic with the provided disinfectant
• Ask appropriate questions of incoming trucks, vendors, and visitors as needed to maintain bio-security practices.
• Receive and send out any packages/mail as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Primarily assigned to a shift, but will require flexibility and include weekend and holiday work.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
• General understanding of biosecurity protocols
• Bilingual a plus!
