You'll work across networking, servers, storage, Linux, security, and data center infrastructure, helping ensure the environment supporting our payment technology remains reliable, secure, and available.If you have strong infrastructure experience-particularly with Cisco networking, Linux, and enterprise systems-and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco switching, including VLANs, trunks, and switch portsManage and troubleshoot firewall rules and network connectivitySupport Cloudflare, including DNS, WAF, rate limiting, and origin configurationTroubleshoot network issues and assist with network design and improvementsSupport and maintain Cisco UCS infrastructureManage enterprise storage, including Pure StorageAdminister and troubleshoot Linux systemsUse scripting and automation to improve infrastructure operationsSupport MariaDB and related database infrastructure as neededMaintain infrastructure monitoring and alertingAssist with data center operations, including rack-and-stack activitiesThe position spans network, server, storage, Linux, Cloudflare, monitoring, and physical data center responsibilities.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience4+ years of infrastructure, systems, or network engineering experienceStrong production experience with Cisco networking, including switches, VLANs, and firewallsExperience with Cisco UCS or comparable server infrastructureStrong Linux administration experienceExperience working with enterprise storage platformsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to take ownership of infrastructure issues from identification through resolutionEven Better If You HaveExperience with Pure Storage, MariaDB/MySQL, Cloudflare, cloud platforms, virtualization, Bash/Python/PowerShell scripting, SolarWinds, Ansible/Terraform, or Cisco certifications would be valuable.
