Your Day-to-Day Impact

Calibration & Inspection Operations
  • Calibrate, inspect, and verify gauges, precision measurement tools, couplings, and thread protectors in accordance with Company standards, API specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external calibrations and support minor repairs of inspection equipment.
  • Perform incoming inspection of couplings and thread protectors using applicable thread gauges and inspection criteria.
Audit & Compliance Support
  • Support ISO, API, and customer audits, including preparation, active participation, documentation review, and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in threading, coupling, risk, and internal quality audits as required.
Records, Systems & Environment Control
  • Maintain accurate calibration records, gauge tracking, recall schedules, and equipment inventories within the calibration management system.
  • Monitor and maintain controlled environmental conditions in the Gauge Lab and inspection areas.
  • Investigate Non-Conformances (NCRs) and support corrective and preventive actions.
Procedures & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop, revise, and maintain calibration and inspection procedures and work instructions.
  • Actively comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Company policies, and all safety standards.
What You Bring

We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

Required Experience & Skills
  • Hands-on experience with digital and dial measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
  • Prior measurement experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Strong understanding of precision measurement techniques and inspection practices.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply API specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and calibration or quality management systems.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a quality lab or inspection environment.
  • Previous involvement supporting ISO and/or API audits.
  • Associate Technical Degree or related education.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Willingness to travel between Company locations using a personal vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
