Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a GCP Cloud Architect / GCP Infrastructure Architect for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and maintain Terraform modules for automated infrastructure provisioning.
Support GKE deployments and Kubernetes platform operations.
Integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with security teams to implement governance and compliance controls.
Apply cloud security best practices across identity, networking, secrets management, and data protection.
Support AI/ML workloads and secure adoption of Vertex AI services.
Requirements:
5+ years of cloud engineering experience.
Recent hands-on experience with GCP in production environments.
Strong Terraform implementation experience.
Experience with Kubernetes, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
Working knowledge of cloud security concepts and controls.
