Role summary: Build reusable onboarding accelerators (templates, modules, automation) to reduce onboarding time while complying with platform guardrails.
Key responsibilities
" Develop/maintain Terraform modules and onboarding templates aligned to standards.
" Create golden path onboarding workflows and developer-facing documentation.
" Prototype and validate reference implementations, then harden for repeatable use.
" Support early adopter teams and capture feedback to improve accelerators.
Required qualifications
" Solid GCP fundamentals and Terraform hands-on experience.
" Python scripting for automation; strong documentation habits.
Success measures
" Reusable assets adopted; onboarding cycle time reduced; fewer onboarding defects.
