Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.Line of Business Job Description:Legal Order operations is an area with significant legal and reputational risk that processes third party civil legal matters relating to levies, garnishments, temporary restraining notices, as well as subpoenas served on the bank for civil matters directed to Merrill and BANA when there is a Private Bank relationship.Responsibilities:Processes third party subpoenas served on the bank for civil mattersAct as a liaison to prepare witness for depositionsRestrict client accounts due to Attachments receivedReview complex legal documents and log key information for bank records responsive to the subpoena.Review of documents includes ability to apply state and federal laws to maintain compliance with proper service, customer notification requirementsRole requires ability to navigate dozens of systems to research and acquire responsive documentsInteraction with state and government agencies, and attorneys to negotiate scope, court appearances, and reasonable due dates for delivery.Advanced organizational skills to maintain a large caseload with multiple moving parts.Accurately interprets legal documentsManages Caseload effectivelySubmits timely accurate responses to legal mattersCommunicates effectively with external third partiesMakes decisions with minimal supportPerforms moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to the established guidelines and proceduresResponds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client serviceReviews and approves required account documentationIdentifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational unitsMaintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team membersRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and retrieve responsive documents across a variety of banking products, systems, and platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences, actively listen, and provide timely follow-up and status updates.Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate and complete work product within required deadlinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage research, past experience, and available resources to develop effective solutions.Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and embrace new processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and require minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.Professional demeanor with a strong client-service orientation, demonstrating patience, composure, and professionalism when handling sensitive or complex matters.Skills:Account ManagementAttention to DetailCustomer and Client FocusWritten CommunicationsAnalytical ThinkingOral CommunicationsPrioritizationProblem SolvingCollaborationRecording/Organizing InformationResearchResult OrientationShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
