About the Role
We're seeking a therapist who can connect with clients through their interests and passions. Our approach uses Affinity, Resonance, and Understanding to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and engaging interventions that support growth.


You'll have the flexibility to bring your personality, creativity, and clinical interests into your work while providing high-quality care.


Preferred Licensure

• LMHC or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)
• LCSW or LMSW
• LMFT or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI)
• Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Use creative therapeutic interventions
• Incorporate client interests into therapy when appropriate
• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports
• Participate in meetings, supervision, consultation, and training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Florida licensure or intern-level registration
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance services, and community resources
• Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision may be available for aspiring LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs. Supervisor availability varies by clinic.
