Job Title: Gelatin Machine Operator

Payrate: $19 per hour

Job Location: Fullerton

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (with Saturday shifts and overtime as needed)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor gelatin production machines to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Inspection: Conduct quality checks during the gelatin production process to ensure consistency, texture, and product standards are met.
• Handling & Packaging: Assist in transferring gelatin products from the machines to appropriate containers or trays for further processing.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance, cleaning, and setup adjustments as needed.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, ensuring all equipment meets safety and quality regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain focus and precision while operating machinery and inspecting the quality of gelatin products.
• Physical Stamina: Must be capable of standing for long periods, operating heavy machinery, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required to meet production goals.
• Safety Conscious: Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in the workplace to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
