Company Introduction:
SF Gelateria is a small batch of gelateria made from scratch right in the shop. The menu features Italian classics, American favorites, and Global flavors. Flavors change weekly and there is a strong emphasis on organic and local ingredients. We are hiring people who love food, especially frozen treats, and love bringing happiness to people.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers with a friendly disposition and provide helpful advice.
- Scoop gelato and add toppings with an emphasis on presentation.
- Performs all cash handling, and register functions accurately and efficiently.
- Keeps display neat, clean, accurately labeled, and well-stocked. Follow all safety and sanitary guidelines.
- Cleans dining area tables and chairs, outside benches, and waste bins.
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
- Has/obtains ServSafe Food Handler’s Card within 2 weeks of hire.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Thrives in a dynamic, active, and fast-paced work environment.
