ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Strong Hands on experience with Claude Code, implementing AI assisted solution for VB6 to Java migration, Java upgrade Should have experience creating reusable Skills, Prompts, Hooks, MCP and Claude Agents To chain multiple specialized agents together to handle multi-step workflows autonomously Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to innovation.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide development teams Java/J2EE Technical Lead experience Have strong Design pattern knowledge to work with Architecture team on design review and approvals Should have AWS infra knowledge on Server procurement process
