This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI solutions to enhance our business processes.
The position is hybrid with no travel required, and the candidate will work during the day shift.

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Prompt Engineering and AWS Bedrock to optimize business processes. - Oversee the integration of Langchain and NLP technologies to enhance data processing capabilities. - Provide expertise in Generative AI to develop innovative applications that meet business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Machine Learning models. - Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. - Develop and maintain scalable Python applications to support AI and Machine Learning initiatives. - Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI and Machine Learning. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies to continuously improve solutions. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize existing AI models to improve performance and reduce computational costs. - Document all processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. - Contribute to the company's mission by developing AI solutions that have a positive impact on society. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, AWS Bedrock, and Langchain. - Demonstrate proficiency in NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning techniques. - Have extensive experience in Python programming for AI applications. - Experience in F&A domain is a plus. - Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
