Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure for machine learning systems, including pipelines, feature stores, data lakes, and real-time streaming architectures.
• Leadership in enterprise-wide architectural governance and creation of standards/frameworks to drive efficiency.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, Python, and Apache Airflow.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in AI or data architecture.
• Experience in the life and annuities industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Implement RAG pipelines for data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and grounded responses.
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and guide them on design and implementation choices.
