General Summary:

We are currently seeking a Gene Therapy Account Manager (GTAM) to support our Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and Transfusion-dependent -thalassemia (TDT) Heme Business Unit.
This role is responsible for the Southeast territory which includes FL, GA and AL
As part of a national team, the Gene Therapy Account Manager, Associate Director (GTAM) will approach each day with a passion for improving the lives of people living with Sickle Cell Disease and Transfusion-dependent -thalassemia. This role is focused on Key Account Management (65%) and Access/Reimbursement (35%) as a customer centric, results-driven individual contributor that supports operational readiness and access for the safe and effective use of Casgevy to medical providers per assigned coverage plans.
The GTAM serves as a single point of contact for covering Activated Treatment Centers (ATC) and manages those accounts. This role serves as a team player and problem solver. The GTAM proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, takes ownership of driving toward solutions, progress and positive change. This role must effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and possess mental resilience.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
