We are seeking a Junior Accountant / General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and account reconciliations. This role is perfect for an early-career accountant looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations within the technology/manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reports, and vendor account maintenance.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable activities such as invoicing, customer collections, cash application, and credit management.
  • Perform timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts).
  • Process transactions and maintain records within the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (required).
  • Proven experience in AP, AR, and general ledger reconciliation (required).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
