Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Sr. Associate.

Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 6 + month(s) contract possible extension
Location: Winston-Salem, NC, 27105 USA
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri M-F 8am-5pm

Job Description :
As a Sr. Associate, you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Program Management, Master Scheduling, Operations) to align sales order execution with customer program objectives
  • Perform sales order setup and administration, including customer address file creation and credit block release
  • Manage delivery and billing blocks to prevent shipment delays, including data exports using Genie tools
  • Process sales order new and change requests (Sales Order Entry)
  • Maintain and reconcile sales order invoices
  • Create and manage WIN Shuttle requests
  • Provide data and issue resolution support for Finance and internal stakeholders
  • Execute weekly and monthly quality assurance reporting to ensure sales order backlog accuracy

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS OF SAP EXPERIENCE
  • Skilled in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $37.00 to $39/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
