Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and overall growth strategy of the Butler agency location.

Mentor and coach individual producers to help them achieve their professional goals and sales targets.

Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and community members to expand our footprint.

Manage carrier relationships to ensure we are offering the best protection options to our clients.

Review agency performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.

Lead office meetings that inspire the team and keep everyone aligned with our mission of service excellence.

Current P&C and Life/Health insurance producer licenses.

Documented track record of leading sales teams or managing agency operations.

Deep understanding of carrier relations and insurance underwriting principles.

Ability to commute daily to our Butler, Pennsylvania office.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the community.

Prior experience with agency management systems or CRM platforms.
