General Anesthesiologist - Lexington, Kentucky

What You'll Do
- Administer anesthesia for a bread and butter case mix including orthopedic and general surgery cases with a strong focus on regional anesthesia techniques
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons and healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of perioperative care
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of anesthesia care and patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: $550,000 annually - 1099 independent contractor
- Vacation: 8 weeks off annually
- No call. No nights. Approx. 40 hours a week.

What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - preferred
- Strong clinical skills with extensive knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and medications
- Demonstrated experience with regional anesthesia techniques
- Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player with a patient-first approach to care
