Description

This job application is designed to support general manufacturing and production roles at MASS Precision, including but notlimited to:

• Welder
• Assembler
• Paint Prep
• CNC Operator / Machinist Finishing Technician
• Quality Inspector
• Warehouse Associate
• Production Support Roles

These roles may include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and tools
• Reading blueprints and work instructions
• Performing assembly, welding, machining, inspection, or material handling
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a fast-paced production environment
• Following all company safety and quality procedures
• Supporting cross-training and departmental needs as required

Qualifications

Applicants completing this application should generally meet the following baseline qualifications:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
• Ability to perform essential physical functions

Preferred (role-dependent):

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Welding certification (AWS or similar)
• Blueprint reading proficiency
• GD&T familiarity
• CNC or machining experience
• Forklift Certification
• Quality inspection experience
