General Assembler 2nd Shift

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a General Assembler on the 2nd Shift, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and installing components such as blowers, fans, and motors. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers to assemble and install components.
• Assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors with precision and efficiency.
• Install panels accurately to ensure proper functionality.
• Operate pneumatic glue guns for secure assembly.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to push up to 50 pounds on a conveyor system.
• Completion of Wiring Certification training is mandatory.
• Capable of constant and frequent standing.
• Ability to frequently kneel, crawl, and stoop during assembly tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
