Job Summary

The Production Associate assembles roll‑up doors and door sub‑assemblies used on tractor trailers. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following instructions, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble roll‑up doors and/or door sub‑assemblies according to work instructions
• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Use basic hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, rivet guns, etc.)
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and correct assembly
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Earn a Total Compensation Package Valued at ~$90,000/Year

• Day shift: $23.21/hr (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Evening shift: $23.78/hr (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
• Monday–Friday only — enjoy every weekend off!
