Remedy Staffing is urgently hiring General Assemblers in Delaware, OH! If you enjoy hands-on work and using tools, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team with multiple shifts available.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble blowers, fans, motors, panels, and related components
• Install and secure blowers and fans according to specifications
• Operate pneumatic glue guns and other assembly equipment
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including:
  • Screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
  • Air guns, ratchets, and drills
  • Pop rivet guns, C-clamps, and scratch awls

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Ability to complete Wiring Certification Training
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push up to 50 lbs on a conveyor system
• Frequent standing throughout the shift
• Regular kneeling, crawling, and stooping
