CHS is currently recruiting for a client in Mount Pleasant that specializes in high-quality electronic and electromechanical assemblies supporting complex, precision-driven manufacturing operations. Position Details:
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 3pm-2am
Pay: $16-$19/hour based on experience
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties:
- Hand-solder through-hole (THT) components according to specifications
- Wire and solder prototypes and specialized assemblies
- Assist with wave solder and selective solder machine operations
- Cut, form, and prepare components for assembly
- Assemble chassis components and electromechanical devices using various hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets
- Follow workmanship standards and production procedures to ensure high-quality output
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of electronics assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Knowledge of electronic component identification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Comfortable working with small, delicate components and following detailed instructions
