General Assembly

We are currently seeking motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude, soldering, or wiring experience to join our clients team in Medina, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in electronics and mechanical assemblies for a well-known global company.

You will perform product testing prior to packaging, complete essential documentation, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers a chance to grow your skills and work with a reputable company.

 


Hours
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

Pay
$18.00/hr (raises based on performance)

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to blueprints and technical specifications
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and component installation as required
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Test finished products and identify, correct assembly defects
  • Complete device history records and daily production logs
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Assist in the warehouse as needed


Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate
  • Electronics assembly and testing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
  • Soldering experience; wiring experience a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow directions
  • Manual dexterity
