Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of basic clerical duties following instructions and procedures.
Handle high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, and sorting.
Create files, post records, proofread, enter data, and maintain records.
Maintain simple to complex files, keep records, and compile and check Excel reports.
Search and investigate information contained in files.
Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations.
Type correspondence as needed.
Regularly stand, talk, and hear; occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
