General Aviation A&P Mechanic

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated A&P Mechanics to join our team at our North Phoenix KDVT location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of general aviation aircraft. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general aviation aircraft.

• Conduct repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support operational needs.

• Provide high-quality workmanship to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness.

Required Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate - mandatory.

• General Aviation Maintenance Experience, specifically on single-engine or multi-engine aircraft such as:

  • Piper (Archer, Cherokee, Seminole, etc.)

  • Cessna

  • Cirrus

  • Beechcraft

  • Mooney

  • Diamond

• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a Part 91, Part 135, or general aviation maintenance environment.

• Experience with both piston and light-turbine aircraft.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
