You will clean a commercial office building in downtown Richmond after the tenants have gone home, working a short evening shift with the same hours every week. No experience needed. Good fit alongside school, a day job, or family obligationsWhat you'll do • Provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for the people who work in the building • Perform trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning • Follow the building's cleaning plan and complete your assigned areas within the shift • Work productively with your ServiceMaster team members • Respond promptly to requests and concerns from the client and building occupants • Report supply needs, equipment problems, and safety hazards to your supervisor • Secure your areas before leaving for the nightWhat you'll need • Authorization to work in the United States • Education and work history that demonstrate work ethic and responsibility • Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and coworkers • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team • Dependability.
