The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members’ performance.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience directly related to the team.
• Experience in organizing and guiding teams preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills to give the team direction
• Proven ability to motivate others to achieve desired results
• Travel- Rarely, on average of 5% on a quarterly basis
