General Cleaner

Job Title: Cleaner

Job Category: General Labor (Non-Exempt/Part-Time)

Job Description:

The position will assist in the sorting, organizing, clean out, and moving of client homes, as well as the coordination, sorting, staging, pricing and conducting of Estate Sales and Online-Auctions in Milwaukee County and surrounding communities. The Team Member position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while working closely with other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates directly under the direction of the Owner and/or assigned Team Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•       Prompt and regular attendance on shifts

•       Communicates in a positive manner with clients, the public at-large, peers and leaders

•       Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move

•       Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

•       Outstanding customer service skills

•       Professional attitude and demeanor

•       Good hand-eye coordination/attention to detail

•       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

•       Ability to interact productively with peers in a team environment

•       Reliable Transportation

•       Ability to Clean quickly and efficiently

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

•       Frequent walking and/or standing, bending and climbing stairs

•       Stamina to lift heavy items (if necessary) repeatedly

•       Can Handle Fumes of chemicals for cleaning
