General Cleaning HelperLocation: Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime may be available) Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Summary We are currently hiring reliable and motivated General Cleaning Helpers to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in keeping work areas clean and organized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain warehouse experience while working with a great team. Essential Job Duties
Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and work areas
Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
Clean shelves, storage areas, equipment, and workstations
Assist with organizing inventory and warehouse materials
Help clean out and prepare warehouse areas for daily operations
Move boxes, pallets, and other materials as needed
Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Assist with additional warehouse or general labor tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Previous cleaning, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
