Position Overview:
Provide onsite administrative and clerical support for ORM operations, including correspondence, data entry, records and mail management, reporting, front desk coverage, inquiry response, and claims-document organization.

Qualifications:
- Job Qualifications & Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least five years of professional administrative experience, including high-volume data entry and clerical work.
- Ability to report onsite five days per week for up to eight hours per day.
- Ability to perform complex clerical work, research, reporting, and confidential records handling.
- Skills:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Computer-based data entry, document storage, and information retrieval.
- Grammar, spelling, punctuation, and business correspondence formats.
- Oral, written, and electronic communication; factual explanations and report conclusions.
- Organization, attention to detail, deadline management, records management, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and review administrative correspondence, presentations, memoranda, task orders, and reports; identify and coordinate correction of errors.
- Perform high-volume data entry; maintain records; prepare reports; file documents; review correspondence; issue and track action items; and manage timetables.
- Log, sort, route, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan and organize claims-related documents and file them accurately in digital systems.
- Provide front desk coverage, receive visitors, answer telephone calls, manage inquiries, and route requests to appropriate personnel.
- Review correspondence and calls from constituents, contractors, and District agencies; research issues and prepare factual replies.
- Gather facts and validate administrative data for special reports.
- Respond accurately to nontechnical inquiries and refer technical matters to appropriate personnel or organizations.
- Establish and maintain program files and prepare periodic and special file-management reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and follow established policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties within the labor category
