V-Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced General Clerk III for a 6-month assignment in Washington, DC.
Position: General Clerk III
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $24.65 per hour
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5–7 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Resolve customer service and billing complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Investigate and assess customer concerns to determine appropriate resolutions
- Follow up with customers regarding claims, investigations, and adjustments
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Promote additional products and services when applicable
