Description
As a Community Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management direction on behalf of the Board of Directors and FirstService Residential. This position oversees the overall business operations, administration, facilities management, and physical maintenance of the community while consistently executing the mission and vision of the Board.
The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the association, enhancing communication and providing effective oversight of staff, vendors, building operations, and community projects. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, legal compliance, financial stewardship, vendor management, and oversight of building systems, preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and property inspections to ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards.
