Requirements for Construction Worker Complete required tasks. Good communication skills. Lift 25 pounds or more Wear all PPE while on construction siteGood attendance and reliable MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 6 months continuous commercial construction work experience with on the job safety training with a licensed commercial contractor. Able to pass a background check and a drug test. Must have reliable transportation.
