Seeking an experienced General Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects in MO.
- Responsible for overall field operations, safety, quality, schedule, and budget management.
- Leads and mentors teams of superintendents, foremen, and field staff across multiple scopes, including concrete, drywall, carpentry, and logistics.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards, enforces quality control, and promotes sustainable practices on-site.
- Develops detailed work plans, manages schedules, forecasts resources, and collaborates with project teams and unions.
- Supports workforce development, implements training programs, and fosters a culture of learning and accountability.
- Must have 10-15 years of experience on projects valued at $15-50+ million, with a strong background in construction management, safety, and team leadership.
- Requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore.
