Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of construction tasks including renovations, repairs, and maintenance.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on all job sites.
Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Provide accurate estimates and communicate project progress to clients.
Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
