I am partnering with a rapidly growing, founder-led workforce housing and hospitality platform to identify its next Chief Executive Officer.

We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer on behalf of a highly profitable, founder-led national company operating across construction, housing, and hospitality.

The Company generates annual revenue of just under $500 million and has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, large-scale solutions to customers throughout the United States. It is well positioned for continued expansion and meaningful growth over the next three to five years.

This is not a turnaround mandate. The Company has a strong foundation, an established leadership team, and significant momentum. The opportunity is to build upon that success and help guide the business through 2x–3x growth..

Key Leadership Priorities

• Lead enterprise growth strategy, national expansion, and key customer relationships
• Strengthen organizational structure, leadership development, and operating discipline
• Drive capital allocation, investment decisions, and scalable operating processes
• Oversee a complex, asset-intensive, multi-site national operating platform
• Preserve the entrepreneurial culture and customer focus established by the founders

Ideal Background

• Prior CEO, President, COO, or Division President experience in a $100M+ asset-intensive, multi-site, project-driven business
• Demonstrated success scaling an established middle-market enterprise
• Strong P&L ownership, capital allocation, and national operations experience
• Relevant experience in workforce housing, hospitality, construction, industrial real estate, site development, infrastructure services, or remote-location operations
• Credibility with major customers, national general contractors, and field-based operating teams
• The ability to thrive in a founder-led environment while bringing the structure and discipline required for sustainable scale
