    • Oversee legal support for commercial contracting, supply chain arrangements, technology agreements, physician and business relationships, managed care agreements, payer relationships, value-based contracting initiatives, real estate transactions, and affiliated entities.
    • Provide counsel regarding governance structures, board and committee matters, subsidiary organizations, nonprofit and tax-exempt organization matters, and enterprise decision-making frameworks.

    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of attorneys, paralegals, contract professionals, operations leaders, and legal support staff.
    • Build strong partnerships with executive leadership, compliance, finance, human resources, information technology, physician leadership, and operational stakeholders to support organizational objectives and effective governance.
    • Drive operational excellence within the Office of General Counsel through legal operations optimization, technology advancement, process improvement, knowledge management, workflow standardization, legal policy governance, performance measurement, and service delivery innovation.
    • Establish enterprise-wide standards for contracting, corporate legal services, governance practices, workflow management, policy administration, templates, and knowledge resources.
    • Manage legal resources, departmental budgets, operational priorities, performance metrics, outside counsel relationships, and legal service providers.
    • Partner with leaders across the health system to identify legal risk, develop practical solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
    • Lead enterprise education and training initiatives related to contracting, governance, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
    • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
