Our practice has been serving the community for 14 years and sees over 2,000 patients monthly, including 300 new patients. We have a collaborative environment with an Orthodontist and a Pediatric Dentist on staff.
Position Details:
Schedule: 2-3 days a week
Office Structure: 12 operatories
Patient Demographics: We accept a variety of insurance plans, with 30% of our patients on Medicaid and the remaining 70% covered by various local insurances.
Compensation: 35% of production; no daily rate. Last year, the practice generated $4.5 million in revenue, averaging $400,000 a month.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including but not limited to:
Root canals
Extractions
Implants (plus)
Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
Valid state dental license in New York.
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
