General Dentist

Location: SmileKrafters/Oral Healthcare Group - Allentown, PA

Schedule: Minimum 2 days per week and can offer 4-5 days also.

You'll be stepping into a well-established practice with an established patient base.

We work with latest tech in dentistry including Co2 laser, CBCT, IO scanners, digital x-rays, cloud based practice management software.

Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.

You will have an opportunity to earn High Compensation based on percentage (30-40% of collections) or per diem guarantee starting $800 and will maintain complete Clinical Autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform diagnostic and preventative dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, X-rays, and other diagnostic and preventative procedures
• Perform cosmetic/restorative dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures
• Develop treatment plans for patients
• Maintain and accurately update patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and other members of the dental team

Qualifications Required:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active PA dental license
• Excellent treatment presentation skills
• Open to new graduates!
