Schedule (days/hours): Mon 9am-5pm, Tue-Thu 8am-5pm, and Fri 8am-1pm Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles.
• Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Qualified candidates requiring sponsorship may be considered.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.

Compensation: Earn over $200,000 per year About:

Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include malpractice insurance, time off options, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs and a 401k plan.
