Burlington Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Burlington, Washington.

Burlington Family Dentistry offers a wide range of services, including preventive care, periodontal therapy, children’s dentistry, root canals, sedation dentistry, whitening, veneers, implants, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and emergency dentistry.
This is not a narrow associate role. It is a full-scope general dentistry opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term patient relationships, diagnose comprehensive treatment, and become a trusted provider in the community.

Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care
Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
Partner with hygiene, assisting, and front office teams to create a smooth patient experience
Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards of care
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
Confidence in bread-and-butter general dentistry
Interest in a broad clinical scope
Excellent communication skills
Team-first mindset
Desire to build long-term patient relationships
