General Dentist - Chowchilla, CA

Compensation: $115 - $130 hourly

Part-time (3 days a week)

Nexus HR is seeking a compassionate and motivated General Dentist to join our growing practice in Chowchilla, California. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a newly established clinic and help build a thriving patient-centered dental practice from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity to help build and grow a new clinic while providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive dental services, collaborating with a supportive team, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

  • Performing restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.

  • Delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and oral health counseling.

  • Diagnosing and treating dental conditions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

  • Administering local anesthesia and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment.

  • Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver efficient patient care.

  • Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and California Dental Board regulations.

  • Helping establish and grow a new dental practice by fostering long-term patient relationships and contributing to workflow development.

  • Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies in accordance with safety and quality standards.

  • Participating in practice growth initiatives and supporting a positive, team-oriented culture.

  • Assist with establishing and growing a new dental practice.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Dentist; new graduates are open to apply.

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

  • Active California Dental License in good standing.

  • Active and unrestricted DEA license 

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

  • Strong customer service skills and computer proficiency. 

  • Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.
