Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm 60-minute lunch
Ages Seen: All ages, 80% adult
Patient Volume: 8-12 / day
Types of Cases: Oral prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment planning, prevention and education, emergency care, general restorative and cosmetic procedures. Refers out for specialty needs
Specialties and Staff on Site: Hygienist, Dentists, Dental Assistant, Medical Clinic nearby
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Requirements:
• Licensure: California state license and DEA
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS
