The Opportunity
This is a long-term associate position with a clear path to significant income growth, working as a solo doctor in a well-established, reputation-driven practice. Much of our patient base comes from the area's high-value neighborhoods who actively seek and readily accept comprehensive, leading-edge treatment plans when they're presented well. You'll spend your time doing dentistry you're proud of, for patients who value it.

Compensation

• Monthly production-based pay with a daily minimum guarantee
• Qualified doctors should easily exceed the guarantee and earn $300K+ in year one, with substantial upside as your patient base grows
• Full-time schedule: 4–4.5 days/week

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with strong skills in crown & bridge, cosmetic dentistry, minor oral surgery and endodontics
• Formal cosmetic training preferred
• Implant surgical skills not mandatory. Facility is equipped for implant surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone who connects with patients and builds trust quickly
