Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractionsConduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issuesDevelop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminologyPerform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as neededMaintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standardsOperate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposesAdhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Experience & Qualifications Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry settingProficiency with dental practice management softwareExperience with pediatric dentistry is a plusStrong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records managementFamiliarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic proceduresAbility to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic servicesExcellent patient care, communication, and education skills Schedule Full-time, MondayFriday Compensation & Benefits Compensation paid at 35% of adjusted production (Quarterly bonus) Competitive compensation packageSupportive, growth-focused clinical environmentAccess to strong administrative and operational support Join Us!
