Your Role as a General Dentist

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and interests Build long-term relationships through patient education and personalized care Collaborate with dentists and specialists on multidisciplinary cases Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience 

What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Vermont dental license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative, growth-minded approach to dentistry
